My life in the future

LUIS ARTURO  MENDOZA PAEZ

I´m studying management in the School of Account and Management in Ciudad Universitaria. I want to have an specialization in marketing because I liked so much to socialize with the persons and I´m so talkative and besides so creativity which are basic requirements in this area.  When I finished my degree I hope go to study to Universidad de Chile by means of a exchange program, if I go to Chile I will learn a new culture and a new perspective about the global market so this is very important for me.  In this country I will pass between six month to one year so in this time I will study subjects like marketing in Latin-American, and new techniques of publicity; but in the other hand  in my free time I will visit museums, beaches and another touristic places including the famous stadium from Colo-Colo.

I´m considering do my exchange when I´m 23 years old, in the next years I would like to work in the Adidas company because is an excellent place to work,  especially because the boss give you a big empowerment besides because is a company focusing in sports which is my passion. In this company I would like to work in the marketing area or in financial area, I would do a big effort in order to win a promotion and work in the high levels of the company. Other of my dreams is win a promotion to work in Panamá, these because in this country are the Latin-American general office of Adidas so is a big opportunity to work because you can develop your abilities in a friendly environment and you can be in touch with people from other countries like Brazil, Argentina, Chile so your possibilities from be a successful employer will be bigger. Other of  my aims is obtain a promotion for work in Germany where are located the Global Office of Adidas this will be my biggest achievement.

In the other hand I would like to have my own bar this because is one of the biggest businesses in the society, and besides because I like this environment you can be in touch with many people including famous people and beautiful woman. My first bar will be located in Avenue Acoxpa in the south of the city, this because is a zone where are a lot of high schools and besides there is a zone where the people enjoy of the nightlife.

When I´m 50 years old I would like to have 3 different bar in the city.  Other of my aspiration is to have a ranch where I can produce corn and have a big cattle, in summarize I´m visualizing me like a successful entrepreneur.

THE BRAVE WORLD

CHAPTER 3

1.- What do you think about history?
Shoul it be taught at schoolsor is it irrelevant?

The history is impotant because help us to understand part from our past and show the diversity of every culture; beside the history is part of myself and help to develop a civic spirit,  also we can learn from  the mistakes of the past and be better in the future.

I tought that the history is a elemental subject becasue without this we couldn´t have a identity and like I said help us to develop a civic spirit in consecuence we can give our own opinion and criticize all the things of the social environment.

2.- In this chapter some entertainment activities are mentionated.
  • Centrifugal Bumble-puppy
  • The feelies
How do they work?

  • Centrifugal Bumble-puppy:  Is required a chrome steel power. A ball thrown up so as to land on the platform at the top of the tower rolled down into the interior, fell on a rapidly revolving disk, was hurled through one or other of the numerous apertures pierced in the cylindrical casing, and had to be caught.
  • The feelies: Is a kink of cinema but the difference is that you can feel the objects of the movie. I tought is like a 3D movie.
